The
Co-sleeper
Charlotte will be spending most of
her nights on this lovely little elephant co-sleeper. Craig made
it. Craig's mom made the mattress and bumper. The whole thing
sticks with the safari theme of the master bedroom. This only
worked for two or three weeks. The idea was great, but Charlotte
really liked to be propped up at an angle (i.e. she would only
stopped crying if she was). Since the sides on this co-sleeper are
low, it wasn't safe. |

The
Bassinette
Craig's
dad made a bassinette/cradle. It sure is nice to have a father with woodworking
skills. When they dropped it off, they said that to make it an heirloom,
we need to have "several more" children. That idea still needs
to pass approval of Caroline. Maybe we'll just see how this one goes
first! |

The
Babymobile

Since
a two-door Acura Integra with a 5" back seat would not work very
well for transporting a baby around, we were forced to get a new car.
Fortunately, these days a station wagon doesn't have to be a boring car.
This one is possibly more fun the Acura it replaced!
