The income tax is an illegal form of slavery and must be banned.

What is the essence of slavery? Slaves must work involuntarily for the benefit of another. You work for several months at the beginning of every year for the sole benefit of the government. Did anyone ever ask you if you wanted to? No, it is involuntary, i.e. forced labor.

But slavery was banned in this country by the 13th Amendment.

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the Unites States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

If there is to be freedom, it must begin with an individual's ability to control his own labor, to freely engage in employment contracts with others. Taxing your labor is a direct violation of the 13th Amendment.

If you work 40 hours in a week and someone takes 25% of your compensation then you were forced into involuntary servitude for 10 hours. If you could freely choose to work just the 30 hours and decline to work the 10 hours then you would remain free and the 13th Amendment would be honored.

But Congress and the IRS lay direct claim to those 10 hours (or some stated percentage) without your consent. You are, at least in part, a forced laborer.

Free the slaves. Abolish the IRS!
