Special Director's Cut Edition:

The Making of "Under The Sea"

Day 1

We have an underwater theme for this room. On the first day of the project, we worked on the background of the wall. Does it look like it's under the water? At this stage the picture looks better than the real thing!

Day 2

We painted the closet doors, hall wall, room door and the rest of the wall gray.  Eventually this is going to  be the side of a ship.  You will see when we get done with it!

Day 3

Here's the result of a day's work of four people.  We got some help from our friends, Tim and Sue. Now some familiar characters have started to show up.

Day 4

We got a couple of free hours on a Sunday afternoon, so we started on Flounder and Blue fish.  Also some interesting underwater tube plant inspired by the artist Mark Kissler.
